Supervising and Influencing Essentials Workshop
For emerging leaders or step / up acting roles
1 Day or 2 Days
Face to Face / On Site
- Discussion on prior leadership styles participants have experienced and influence this has had on their journey
- Insight into Personality (scientific and evidenced based)
- Provide practical and user friendly insight on supervisory and influencing core skills grounded with understanding self, understanding others and understanding how to influence others
- Robust and evidenced based research profiling what an effective supervisor and influencer looks like, leads and how they make others behave and feel
- Essential communication and engagement techniques based on this science and Meelup field experience including for example (as appropriate) leading teams, pre starts, stakeholder interactions, safety behavioural links
- The transition from “doing” to “getting others to do”
Can be provided on site, remote or city, this is intended to provide the essentials which the company can use as the foundation (when time and location permit with a structured leadership development programme).
Effective Leadership Workshop

Designed for companies and their leadership team who are “coming together” to deliver a project or outcome and may not have worked together previously or have history that may impede the outcomes being delivered safely, on time and on budget.

Forming a New Team Workshop
Simple practical elements to forming a new team ensuring an effective team is created and leaders understand their role in enabling and causing the team to evolve by intent – not by accident.
